Why can't I sign in?
The sign-in page has two ways in. Sign in with Google uses your Google account directly. Continue with email sends a one-time sign-in link to your inbox.
The steps below are for Continue with email. If you asked for the email link and it never arrived, work through them in order.
1. Check spam and promotions. The link comes from tailoredread.com and often lands in the Spam or Promotions
folder. Search your whole inbox for tailoredread. The link is single-use and expires after a while, so if you find an
old one, request a fresh one from the sign-in page and use the newest.
2. Use the exact email you signed up with. The link only works for the address tied to your account. A typo, or a
different address than the one on your TailoredRead receipt, means the email goes somewhere you can't see. If you
might have used another address, sign out, then sign in again with the exact
email from your receipt.
3. Try Google instead. If you first signed up with Sign in with Google, the email link won't find an account. Sign out and sign in with the Google button instead. Signing in with Google and with an email link creates two separate accounts when the addresses differ, so pick the one that matches your receipt.
