Why can't I find my book?
Every book you buy lives in Your Library at tailoredread.com/app — if you paid and Your Library looks empty, one of the checks below will almost always explain it.
1. You may be signed in with the wrong email. TailoredRead lets you sign in either with Google or with an email
magic link, and those are two different accounts if you used different addresses. Sign out, then sign back in with the
exact email address that received your TailoredRead receipt (search your inbox for TailoredRead receipt to find it).
Your book will be in that account's library.
2. The "Your Book Is Ready" email may be in spam. We send a direct link to the book when generation finishes. Search
your inbox (including Promotions and Spam) for tailoredread — the email contains a one-click link that opens the book
regardless of where you are signed in.
3. The book may have failed to generate. If the book is visible in Your Library but shows as a stuck draft, the generation didn't finish. See Why is my book stuck? for what to do.
If none of these fit, contact us with the email on your TailoredRead receipt and the receipt number, and we'll track it down.
